    Delegate Boggs moves to amend the bill on page 11, line 6 by striking out the words “the Governor finds that” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the Legislature finds that”;

    And,

    On page 25, line 7, after the words “expiring the amount of”, by striking out the number “$1,250,000" and inserting in lieu there of the number “$2,250,000”;

    And,

    On page 28, following line 10 by inserting the following:

    “And, That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, to fund 0265, fiscal year 2014, organization 0310, be supplemented and amended by adding a new item of appropriation as follows:
